    Job Description

    We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Branded Operations Coordinator to support the execution of branded client campaigns across kids and family content. This is a cross-functional, entry-level role ideal for someone with a passion for media, entertainment, and bringing imaginative ideas to life. You’ll help ensure that projects move smoothly from ideation to delivery, working closely with internal teams, clients, and creative partners. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Branded Operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support day-to-day project management for branded campaigns on YouTube
    • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and status updates
    • Serve as primary point of contact for client communications and asset routing
    • Serve as source of knowledge on active brands - Gabby’s Dollhouse, Jurassic World, How to Train Your Dragon, Shrek, and more
    • Coordinate across departments (creative, production, post, content strategy, S&P) to ensure on-time execution of campaigns
    • Help organize and maintain campaign trackers and calendars, primarily using Airtable (project management software)
    • Direct the localization process of creative content for core international markets
    • QC content deliverables for brand compliance, age appropriateness, and formatting
    • Participate in brainstorms and team meetings to ensure alignment on campaign needs
    • Assist in development of creative assets such as YouTube Shorts to engage fans across NBCUniversal’s kid-focused IP
    • Identify upcoming promotional clips in NBCU shows and films, utilizing digital best practices and data analysis
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of internship or work experience in media, entertainment, marketing, or project coordination
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at once
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
    • Positive attitude and team-first mentality

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Familiarity with project management platforms
    • Familiarity with YouTube, digital video production, or social media platforms
    • Experience working with or around brand campaigns, creative teams, or kid-safe content
    • Passion for children’s media and storytelling

    This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
