The Global Content Distribution group is responsible for the distribution of series and features content to Licensing and Transactional clients worldwide.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Client Servicing ensures the accurate , timely, and reliable delivery of content and related services to our clients in alignment with contractual obligations. The team serves as the primary operational interface with clients coordinating execution against delivery commitments. Client Servicing manages day-to-day delivery execution, proactively identifies risks, resolves issues, and communicates status updates to stakeholders. The group is accountable for delivery accuracy and clear client communication, playing a critical role in supporting the requirements of the revenue recognition cycle.
WORK MODEL & SCHEDULE:
This is an hourly based role that will require (5) day per week on-site and it is based out of the Paramount Pictures Studio Lot in Hollywood, CA. This person will have a work schedule of Friday - Tuesday 9AM - 5:30PM PST.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Licensee Relationship: Works closely with licensees to understand their technical requirements and maintains accurate tracking records of delivery status/confirmation
• Asset Management & Delivery: Executes end to end servicing process, including researching content availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing material orders, curing delivery rejections and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
• Delivery Coordination with Client: active coordination including last minute delivery changes, communication of timing sheets and managing scenarios where client must exercise options to take live feeds when file delivery is unavailable within required windows
• Client Continuity Weekend Coverage: provides immediate responses to client inquiries to provide continuity of service during the weekend (Friday - Tuesday work week)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• 1-2+ years' relevant professional or internship experience preferred, but not required
• Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
• Experience with order management or similar supply chain management systems
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management systems a plus
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Extremely detail oriented
• Relevant work experience in television, film or media a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
