    Job Description

    The Coordinator, Client Team will support the Auto, Pharma, Travel __ category Client Teams to engage with our leading advertising clients on opportunities across the NBCUniversal portfolio. Position will work closely with internal NBCU Ad Sales teams (Agency Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, Research, Strategy) to help develop client-focused efforts designed to drive revenue and grow our clients’ businesses.

    • Prepare __ and update tracking documents, status reports, executive business overviews, partnership recaps, and relationship mapping
    • Assist with developing materials, proposals and presentations that enhance our partnerships with leading Auto, Pharma and Travel accounts
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Client Leads, Agency Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Research and Strategy teams
    • Proactively provide marketplace intel on NBCU’s top Auto, Pharma and Travel accounts (for example: latest news, earnings reports, exec interviews)
    • Proactively create and manage projects to support team
    • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the NBCUniversal portfolio, our offerings, and capabilities
    • Coordinator will report into the Manager across the Auto, Pharma and Travel team, supporting leads across 20+ accounts
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of Ad Sales or media agency experience

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Highly proactive communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced media environment
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when juggling needs for multiple clients
    • Ability to think proactively and be a self-starter
    • Comfortable supporting executive-level internal and external communications
    • Adept at translating media strategies into compelling narratives that align with advertiser goals and industry trends
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong ability to build visually engaging & topline presentations
    • Solid understanding of ad sales operations, media planning cycles, and brand marketing processes across both traditional and digital platforms
    • Familiarity with the linear and digital video marketplace, including streaming platforms, programmatic buying, and audience targeting
    • Passionate about the evolving content and distribution landscape, with a keen interest in how media drives business outcomes
    • Experience using Salesforce to manage client relationships

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
