Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Coordinator, College Tutoring to join our team in the Office of Financial Services . This position is responsible for the coordination and leadership of the delivery of designated and specialized tutoring services such as math and writing. In collaboration with the Senior Coordinators, the position will maintain the daily tutor center operations for a specific campus and provide direct instructional assistance to students, as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in English, or mathematics, or related field with one (1) year of full-time, professional work experience in a related position in an educational setting. An appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.
An Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education with three (3) years of full-time professional work experience in a related position in an educational setting. An appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.
One (1) year of experience providing supervision and management as part of prior professional responsibilities.
Provides tutoring in math or writing, as needed.
Ability to independently travel to all FSW campuses in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry counties and other locations for College business.

Position Summary:
The Document Controls Coordinator ensures timely and effective completion and management of Document Control functions within the team on the project. Will work with minimum supervision and champion the effort. Execute document and change management processes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness prior to release including procedures, processes, and specifications. Must be able to exercise sound judgment in the evaluation of requirements and factors in change management where analysis of documents, interrelationships, and impact is essential. The Document Control Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting various staff efforts on assigned projects and will be required to coordinate the documentation process with production field staff.
