    The Coordinator for Creative Partnerships, Development will be responsible for supporting a team across the Bravo Network, supporting Bravo Docuseries and Events and Experiences to aid in the development and execution of revenue generating marketing solutions for clients that entertain and inspire our audiences and fans. Reporting to the Manager of Development, this position will play an active role in supporting creation, management, and oversight of marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to RFP response from idea generation through deal close, working with Creative teams, Sales, Client or Agency Partnership teams and show production teams to develop compelling partnership proposals. Utilize an understanding of client goals and direction, sales strategy, cultural/market trends, consumer insights, and the editorial voice to aid in the development of marketing solutions for advertising partners.
    • Support Managers and Directors through post-sale execution process and collaboration with editorial production/creative teams to create compelling content and fulfill client deliverables, including maintaining status documents, trackers, and timelines; handling clipping and recap organization; and occasional on-set execution attendance. Contribute to communication amongst internal, external and production stakeholders, including Commercial Operations, Planning, Legal, Production and Post-Production counterparts.
    • Develop sales collateral; synthesize ideas from editorial to create aesthetically appealing slides/decks outlying the partnership opportunity and manage repository of materials. Maintain organized and up-to-date catalog of go-to-market materials, recaps and case studies.
    • Serve as a brand expert for Bravo properties for internal Ad Sales and Creative partners; advertising clients/agencies. Educate internal constituents on marketing solutions and drive top of mind awareness of offerings within sales organization.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years’ experience in creative roles in advertising sales marketing within the television industry, advertising agency, or digital company with ad supported revenue or other related experience
    • Demonstrated track record of success in contributing to integrated marketing and branded content campaigns from creative problem-solving brainstorms and idea proposal through execution
    • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and specialties
    • Proficiency and knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Monday.com and a working knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe Photoshop

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 2026, this will increase to four days per week.

    Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime eligible
