    Job Description

    The Coordinator, Development & Current will provide administrative support to multiple executives who oversee the content for VERSANT’s unscripted content, which includes lifestyle and true crime programming for Oxygen, USA, E! and Syfy. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.

    ** Responsibilities :**

    • Manage phones, calendar, and contacts for executives
    • Manage expenses and coordinate travel
    • Maintain current/development and production grids, schedule and log incoming pitches and maintain tracking of story pitches/true crime case files
    • Track internal documents (i.e. status of series and specials, pre-production through premiere)
    • Complete other creative and administrative duties as assigned
    • Interface with creative executives, agents, producers and talent on a regular basis, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Basic Qualifications :**

    • 2+ years of experience in Television Programming
    • Working knowledge of Keynote, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

    Desired Characteristics :

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Previous experience managing an executive-level desk/office preferred
    • Ability to anticipate the needs of the executives/team
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Personable with the ability to professionally interface with the creative community and all levels of the business
    • Highly creative with a strong interest in Unscripted, Crime, Documentary programming

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
