Job Description
The NBCUniversal Early Careers team recruits and develops the next generation of media and entertainment leaders, and we are looking for a Coordinator to join our Internship Experience Team! In this role, you will work with our best-in-class internship experience and recruitment colleagues to deliver an excellent onboarding and program experience for over 800 interns each year.
This position plays a critical operational role in executing the internship program, with a primary focus on supporting high-volume onboarding and offboarding transactional operations, program logistics, and day-to-day support of interns and supervisors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details on a large scale, and takes pride in keeping complex processes running smoothly. As needed, the Coordinator will support project work related to program engagement, experience enhancements, and developmental initiatives.
This role balances consistent, detail-driven operational execution with cross-functional collaboration, and reports to the Manager, Internship Program Experience.

Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
