    The Role

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator, Lifecycle Marketing to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of lifecycle marketing and support the execution and analysis of campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across key channels: email, push notifications, and SMS. The ideal candidate has a desire to learn HTML and CSS to build beautiful and functional email campaigns while deepening experience in marketing tech, segmentation, and analytics. You'll work cross-functionally with the growth team, design, copywriting, data, and product teams to help bring lifecycle strategies to life and deliver thoughtful, timely, and personalized customer experiences. This role is on the growth team and reports to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing.

    Responsibilitie s

    • Campaign Execution: Build, test, QA, and launch global lifecycle marketing campaigns (primarily in Klaviyo) across email, push, SMS, onsite and emerging channels, ensuring accuracy in design, copy and targeting.
    • Support Journeys: Help set up and optimize automated flows and customer journeys, ensuring they are aligned with the customer lifecycle and key business objectives.
    • Monitor Performance: Track campaign metrics and performance, providing initial analysis and insights to support continuous optimization. Report out on A/B tests to improve key metrics across the brand funnel. Validate that triggered and transactional campaigns are functioning as expected.
    • Project Management: Support with day-to-day management of the lifecycle marketing team queue to ensure tasks are assigned, prioritized and worked forward to deliver on time
    • Coupon and Offer Management: Support with coupon creation, code bank management, and other adjacent initiatives that are vital to the health of the business.
    • Product Catalog Maintenance: Maintain a catalog of products displayed in emails and that imagery reflects our current offerings.
    • Coordinate Assets: Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of campaign assets.

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience, preferably in marketing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce businesses
    • A desire to learn lifecycle marketing, with specific focus on building email campaigns in HTML/CSS, drag and drop and other outlets. Willingness to learn CRM and Automation tools. Experience in Klaviyo or other similar platforms is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge/understanding of email best practices including accessibility requirements, client limitations (Outlook, Gmail, etc), and device limitations.
    • Analytical, data driven mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Databricks is a plus.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
    • Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Availability to work collaboratively across global market time zones when needed
    • Remote eligible; Boise, Idaho, USA based candidates with ability to work on Mountain Standard Time zone preferred

    Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
