    Job Description

    NBC Sports is seeking a Coordinator to assist with day-to-day management within the Marketing Production Department. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Creative Directors, Designers and Editors to efficiently communicate campaign deliverables from conception to delivery. You will have insight to every step of the creative process from creative brainstorms, content recordkeeping and licensing, sourcing footage, and checking assets for accuracy before sending to air. This position reports to a marketing project manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee cross property asset requests from internal and external partners
    • Quality control for assigned deliverables for internal and external partners
    • Music Cue Sheet reporting
    • Facilitate voiceover talent payment via invoicing
    • Organize merchandise design and orders for various projects on ad hoc basis
    • Work with graphics manager to assist with day-to-day design production needs
    • Athlete and league news monitoring across NBC Sports properties
    • Sharing call agendas and summaries for kickoffs, brainstorms, and other creative meetings
    • Handle multiple campaign deliverables as seasons and deadlines overlap

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
