    _ Job Description:_

    The Universal Television Entertainment Group (UTEG) is looking for a marketing strategist to join our team – a detail-minded and collaborative team member who’s passionate about how entertainment brands connect with audiences and show up in culture. In this role, you’ll work with the Manager, Marketing Strategy to support the evolution of the Peacock brand, ensuring it is represented consistently across campaigns and content. You’ll be a big part of the team that connects audience insights and creative ideas to brand priorities, helping keep projects moving forward and making sure everyone has the information they need to deliver their best work. In addition to assisting with day-to-day marketing strategy support and administrative functions, you’ll serve as a department liaison to partners across Peacock, NBC, Bravo, and NBC Sports.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Support the development of strategic briefs and presentations, gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with Decision Sciences to collect and synthesize data, insights, and trends influencing Peacock’s brand positioning approach.
    • Compile and summarize competitive and industry research to help inform brand and marketing strategies.
    • Help manage the workflow that ensures marketing teams and campaigns align with foundational brand priorities and pillars, keeping timelines and approvals on track.
    • Organize and maintain consumption and engagement vitals on key franchises, shows, and events, making it easy for team to quickly access relevant insights and updates.
    • Provide administrative support for the team and the Vice President, Marketing Strategy, including scheduling meetings, agenda preparation, materials distribution, and document management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Basic Requirements:_

    • * 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, media, communications, data and analytics, or related field.
      
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Keynote for Mac (or willingness to learn it).
      • Comfortability managing multiple tasks simultaneously, in which no task is too big or small.
      • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
      • Demonstrated interest in entertainment, streaming, and brand marketing.
      • Strong work ethic, with a dedication to excellence and exceptional attention to detail.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • * Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      
      • Experience in presentation design or basic data analysis a plus

    Additional Requirements:

    • *  **Hybrid** : _This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time._
