    Job Description

    Role Purpose:

    The Multiplatform Planning Coordinator will support the overall development of campaign strategies including on-air and paid media to help generate brand awareness for VERSANT’s Sports & Entertainment brands. They will ensure that all priorities are being effectively and efficiently promoted across VERSANT platforms and in paid media. This person must be proactive and detail-oriented, skilled in data & analytics and have the ability to hit deadlines, troubleshoot, multitask, and pivot at a moment’s notice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help maximize viewership by strategically planning and scheduling campaigns to maximize reach, frequency, and conversion
    • Plan and schedule across platforms according to marketing priorities, understand premiere plans, rollout, and stunt strategies
    • Support the team in the development of paid media plans
    • Gather, utilize, and interpret data to inform strategy
    • Assist in outlining campaign deliverables and commissioning promo content, relaying strategies and communicating closely with Production/Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
    • Communicate asset and trafficking instructions to execute strategy across platforms
    • Collaborate across teams, staying up to date with priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Assist with compiling & reconciling on-air schedules for post campaign analysis; pull post-log reports; analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future strategy and planning
    • Troubleshoot and problem solve, work with all teams to investigate and resolve issues
    • Assist with ad hoc requests
    • Keep up to date with entertainment, content, and industry trends

    • Self-starter, proactive, resourceful
    • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills & communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
    • Ability to work in multiple timelines concurrently
    • Ability to problem solve and find solutions to timely issues

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, research, data/analytics, film, television or related field
    • Familiarity with media metrics (Nielsen, AMRLD data) a strong plus
    • Paid Media and/or Promo Scheduling experience a strong plus
    • Data and analytics proficiency a strong plus
    • Strong interest in promotions, advertising, and television
    • Passionate about the sports & entertainment industry, and pop culture

    Additional Information:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
    • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other benefits and perks.     • Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
