    JOB SUMMARY: The Olympic and Paralympic Programs Coordinator is a sport-specific expert and leads the distribution of Out-of-Competition (OOC) and In-Competition (IC) testing assignments for a core group of sports. The Olympic and Paralympic Programs Coordinator maintains the Registered Testing Pools (RTPs), Clean Athlete Programs (CAPs), athlete whereabouts, and acts as a point of contact for National Governing Bodies (NGBs), International Federations (IFs) and athletes within their sport group.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Obtain and maintain an expert level understanding and knowledge of designated sports and specifics of the athletes within each sport.

    Assess and maintain designated sport group and RTP criteria, to ensure the appropriate athletes are included and work with NGBs to gather athlete contact information and ensure regular compliance requirements.

    Facilitate National Governing Body (NGB), International Federation (IF), and High Performance Programs collaboration to ensure adequate resource allocation and compliance adherence.

    Coordinate and assign all out-of-competition (OOC) and in-competition (IC) tests for assigned sport group, including developing strategic test plans for the athletes, as well as developing and recommending future testing strategies.

    Maintain an expert level understanding and knowledge of national and international events and work with the leadership in reviewing and approving event testing requests.

    Process incoming unsuccessful attempt report forms and provide a detailed summary of the unsuccessful attempts to ensure accurate review for potential Whereabouts Failures.

    Process athlete retirements, athlete return from retirement, athlete sanction requirements, and WADA Exemption Requests.

    Provide prompt and superior quality customer service to athletes, NGBs, International Federations (IFs) and athlete support personnel.

    Oversee multiple email inboxes, filing and distributing information to the appropriate contacts.

    Compiles, maintains, and updates testing records in various databases by required deadlines.

    Assists with test session review and compliance monitoring.

    Additional administrative support, as needed.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    BS / BA degree in Sports Management or related field, preferred OR equivalent/applicable experience.

    Demonstrated ability to assess data and drive efficiencies and solutions toward team projects and goals.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects at one time.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    Ability to partner with others across the organization to meet various needs.

    Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

    Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

    Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
