C1 Rehabilitation is a 25 bed post-acute rehab unit that provides care to patients with conditions due to stroke, brain injury, arthritis, amputation. Through the collaboration with the Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Network, Northern Michigan patients have increased access to specialists, streamlined care coordination and the highest standard of rehabilitation care close to home.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
