We are looking for a strategic minded, data driven Coordinator, Performance Marketing **** to join our team. The role will support the Performance Media team in planning the Always On creative strategy and driving subscriptions across Peacock/direct-to-consumer products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Aid in creative strategy development for performance media
    • Collaborate on the creative process – brainstorming, briefing, ordering and tracking of creative requests and collecting feedback
    • Assist in analyzing creative performance regularly and recognize trends and insights to make recommendations for optimizations
    • Operate as point person on cultural insights and research, monitoring and proactively sharing emerging trends across the industry to help inform creative strategy and testing opportunities
    • Effectively communicate creative approach with internal stakeholders and ad partners
    • Work closely with channel managers to understand platform creative needs
    • Stay abreast of creative changes and proactively communicate out to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Films, Scripted and Unscripted to identify priorities and areas of synergy for Performance Media
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience or interest in any of the following: Performance Marketing, social media marketing, asset operations, media planning, project management, data analysis.
    • Entertainment, advertising or e-commerce industry experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred

    • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities

    Additional Requirements:

    • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
    • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
