    Job Description

    OVERVIEW

    The SmartConnect Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless implementation process for new business partners, coordinating internal team strategies, and providing essential support to the SmartConnect Teams. This role involves managing data, coordinating email campaigns, and ensuring effective communication and information flow within the team and across the organization.

    REPORTS TO

    This position will report to the Client Services Manager.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Onboard and integrate new business partners, collaborating with internal teams (Sales Operations, Client Services, Account Management, and Sales Executives) to ensure seamless launch and ongoing success.

    • Manage account data and reporting processes across multiple platforms to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights for business decisions

    • Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers and leadership to successfully deliver solutions and services to new and existing accounts, aligning with their needs and objectives to maximize value and satisfaction.

    • Support with communication efforts around account performance, progress on initiatives, and key updates to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Facilitate effective communication and feedback processes to drive continuous improvement and alignment across the organization.

    • Develop and maintain SmartConnect materials and resources to support sales activities and enhance team effectiveness.

    • Assist in creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards to track business key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Maintain a centralized knowledge base of information, resources, and Assist with internal and external meetings as directed, including taking and distributing minutes.

    • Assist in the creation of content for sales teams, meetings, contests, and departmental events.

    • Provide assistance to sales management team members as needed.

    • Coordinate, communicate monthly logistical sales updates and team movement in Workday.

    • Procure and distribute prizes and awards for the sales department.

    • Accurately track and keep clear records of production, events, and meetings to ensure all program expectations are being met.

    • Communicate, document, and reconcile monthly department budgets.

    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Education:
    *  **High School Diploma or equivalent**
    
    *  **No degree required, but a minimum 1 year of related experience (SVG experience preferred)**
    
    • Skills/Specialties:
    *  **Data Entry, Customer Service, or related experience preferred**
    
    *  **Proficient in Microsoft Office**
    
    *  **Google Suite Proficiency**
    
    *  **Adobe Suite Experience Preferred**
