    Job Description

    The Bravo Social Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the social media team in all of its social marketing endeavors. Key responsibilities include:

    _ Key Responsibilities:_

    • Participate **** in creative brainstorms and pitch innovative ideas for Social content across Talent Shoots, Marketing Campaigns, Reunions, Premieres, BravoCon, and more.

    • Assist with shoot planning: booking studios, sending calendar invites, maintaining shot lists, and helping ensure smooth shoot days.

    • Provide logistical and creative support across key Bravo events including BravoCon, Premieres, Reunions, and more.

    • Help with communications, scheduling, and logistics in the lead-up to events.

    • Help gather and organize promo materials (photos, clips, etc.) for Bravo Talent in collaboration with the Talent Relations team.

    • Use analytics tools (i.e. Creator IQ) to identify, monitor and report on influencer activity.

    • Assist in sourcing new creators for partnerships and help track deliverables.

    • Assist with analytics platforms upkeep, including tagging creative assets, organizing libraries, and supporting analytics setup.

    • Monitor Social creative strategies from competitors and other entertainment brands to identify best practices, content ideas, and emerging trends

    • Help with general organization and maintenance of social tracking platforms to support team workflows.

    • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure seamless asset delivery, clear communication, and efficient workflow across all campaigns.

    • Work closely with our Brand and Creative teams to bring big ideas to life — from brainstorming to final delivery

    • Ideate Social content that supports broader NBCUniversal campaigns.

    • Help with creative development and asset execution.

    _ Qualifications:_

    • Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA
    • B.A. in Marketing, Entertainment, Arts, Journalism or related field
    • Prior experience in related field (can include internships)
    • Proven experience with MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
    • Proficiency in editing social media content using tools and native platforms
    • Familiarity with and passion for entertainment, pop culture, and Bravo
    • Strong understanding of social media landscape and emerging trends
    • Robust written skills and previous copywriting experience
    • Excellent execution and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with time management
    • Willing to work late nights and weekends as business needs arise

    _ Additional Requirements:_

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    • Salary range: $50,000- $60,000.
