Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a full-time Coordinator, Veterans & Military Services to join our team of exceptional employees. This is responsible and specialized work coordinating the functions of the Office of Veterans and Military Services, ensuring that all veterans, active-duty service members, and eligible dependents are provided with accurate and timely information and receive the highest level of customer service. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Veterans and Military Services, the Coordinator of Veterans and Military Services supports students in all aspects of their journey at FSW, from admission to graduation. This position sets the tone for a student-centered, high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence in service, quality, productivity, and standards.

Years of experience: 10+ w/ Bachelors Degree, 13+ w/ High School Diploma
Education: High School Diploma or greater
Certifications:
Must possess Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Level III certification in one of the followings:
-Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
-Cisco Certified Network Practitioner (CCNP)
-CASP+ CE Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)
-Fortinet Certified Network Security Professional (FCNSP)
-Juniper Networks Certified Specialist Security (JNCIP-SEC)
-Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP), or equivalent Certification, or demonstrate sufficient experience in lieu of certification.
