_ Position Summary_
Chapter Services Coordinators are tasked with providing overall support to Delta Chi chapter’s operations, member development, and retention and growth. Chapter Services Coordinators will advance the chapter experience and build rapport between members and the international organization by providing ongoing support.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide resources and best practices related to chapter bylaws, addressing member inquiries and guiding committees to ensure they are updated on a timely basis
- Act as a supportive staff partner and liaison to assigned chapter officers, routinely updating officer resources. (Scholarship Chairs, DEI Chairs, and Brotherhood Chairs)
- Manage the grade collection process for the organization by collecting grade reports from each campus and confirming their compliance as it relates to Delta Chi minimum standards
- Manage and support chapters on high priority status by utilizing data to assemble individualized coaching plans including establishing long and short-term goals with chapter officers, members, and alumni to advance chapter operational excellence
- Develop, train, and implement educational workshops and programs to support chapter culture/operations and member personal/professional skills development
- Represent the Fraternity at various industry meetings and events, fostering connections with industry partners and campus professionals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Chapter Services and Growth to assist in consultant training programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships and maintain open lines of communication with chapter stakeholders, while enhancing the overall member experience.
- Assist in regional and international programs of the International Fraternity and facilitate curriculum as needed.
_ Qualifications_
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Membership in Delta Chi or any other college social fraternity or sorority.
- 2 or more years of related experience.
- Ability to travel – must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel on commercial aircraft.
- Proficiency in training staff, students, and alumni operational best practices and strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to travel to destinations for meetings and events.
- Must be willing to work evening and weekend functions as necessary
- Ability to work independently, remain motivated, and deadline oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, Google Suite Programs, Canva, and Adobe products.
- Team-oriented philosophy with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
