In this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) Services Facility. Your main objective will be to meet or exceed targets and goals related to project deliverables and AME FY (Fiscal Year) Goals and Objectives. Additionally, you will utilize Lean tools to drive continuous improvement in areas such as safety, technical task performance, and quality improvement.

Schedule:

We offer a work-life balance to our employees, with general working hours from 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Please note that this position is also eligible for overtime as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Optimize performance by programming and configuring PLCs
• Install and wire PLCs according to specifications
• Conduct inspections and maintenance on hydraulic systems
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs
• Prior experience in PLC programming and wiring
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
