If you are a skilled individual experienced in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Ava, Missouri location, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). You will also have the opportunity to program and configure PLCs to optimize performance, as well as inspect and maintain hydraulic systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. We offer a work-life balance with general working hours of 5:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and overtime eligibility as business needs require.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Program and configure PLCs to optimize performance
• Install and wire PLCs according to specifications
• Inspect and maintain hydraulic systems
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve PLC issues
• Previous experience in PLC programming and wiring
• Solid understanding of hydraulics and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
