    Summary of Responsibilities

    This full-time position is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales candidate looking to advance with an expanding company. The ideal candidate should have sales experience in home remodeling and renovation and can dive right in to close on leads.

     

    Essential Functions

     

    • Qualifying leads and lead client sales appointments
    • Work closely with our production and design team
    • Attend and contribute weekly team meetings
    • Assist in final budget for Construction Agreement
    • Ensure client satisfaction during construction, including periodic site visits
    • Potential for prospecting to develop leads for future sales

     

     

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Minimum 3 years industry experience, previous sales position preferred
    • Highly self-motivated, strong in communications and people skills
    • Great to have experience working on residential remodeling projects
    • Working familiarity with MS Office Suite

     

    Compensation

    • $40,000 Base Salary
    • 2.5% Commission of Construction Project Sales
    • $250 monthly truck allowance
    • Gas card for business related use
    • $40 cell phone monthly allowance
    • 50% of healthcare premium paid - Humana healthcare plan
    • 10 vacation days (increases to 15 and 20 days based on tenure)
    • 7 major holidays plus full week off between Christmas and New Years
