Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an energetic, driven, Outside Sales individual. You will be responsible for selling products and services to general contractors, sub-contractors, building engineers, safety managers and other decision makers, as well as working with vendors and actively promoting products and services in support of customer needs. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads
• Managing existing customer accounts
• Actively promoting our quality products and services
• Establishing and maintaining accounts and fostering long-term client relationships

Skills:

• Skilled in networking and developing new business
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, word, excel)
• Fastener knowledge is ideal. Experience within the construction industry or the trades is helpful along with a working knowledge of construction terminology and construction documents ****

Requirements:

• A passion for developing new business opportunities
• 1 or more years in construction product & services in outside sales
• Construction knowledge a plus
• MRO experience a plus
• Print experience a plus

• Company Vehicle; must have satisfactory driving record
• Generous commission structure, with the ability to earn a potential of 100K+ per year
