We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role is essential in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine desire to support those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.

- Aid in mobility and transportation, including helping clients move around safely.

- Support meal preparation and ensure clients follow dietary guidelines.

- Monitor and document clients' health, noting any changes in physical or mental conditions.

- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional and mental well-being.

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication schedules.

- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers regarding care plans and any concerns.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.

- Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar environment is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Physical stamina and the ability to assist clients with mobility needs.

- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting individuals in need.
