JOB SUMMARY To meet our growing needs, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic SYSTEMS ANALYST. The Systems Analyst is responsible for enterprise product demonstration, implementation, and providing technical advice, counsel and expertise in direct support of securing sales of networked printing devices, production printing systems as well as associated software and professional services. The Systems Analyst supports customers with print controllers, print drivers, color management, and advanced Canon software features including installation and configuration, troubleshooting printing issues, and software escalations as well as assists Digital Field Service Technicians as a specialist, trainer or work group leader. This position typically interfaces with a customers networking and/or IT personnel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but are not limitedto the following duties: Post Sales Implementation (Installations, Configurations and Integrations) * Installs, configures, and implements any supported software solutions and professional services sold. * Installs, maintains, and repairs company products and systems at customer sites, this includes hardware, software and networking products. * Performs and oversees machine factory modifications and software/operating systems upgrades on equipment to insure optimum performance. * Has understanding of customers entire workflow and associated print management applications. Training/Education * Works with customer IT contacts to teach them about software solutions to provide first level support. * Coordinates and conducts educational seminars and training for customers and technical staff. Resolutions * Uses diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system failures. * Diagnoses routine mechanical and system failures using established procedures and performs customer network installs. * Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities, and takes appropriate actions that are consistent with available facts. Technical Support and Escalations * Establishes and maintains face-to-face customer relations. * Provides technical support to hardware Technicians, System Analyst, or other internal team members. * Supports Production Printing Systems. * Provides remote and onsite support to system calls escalated from the Help Desk or Field Service staff. * Unresolved problems will be escalated in accordance with standard procedures. Uses the escalation process to inform the Field Service Manager, and Director of Service of unresolved issues, as well as, suggestions to improve equipment performance. * Escalate any unresolved issues to the proper vendor (CUSA, NT-Ware, Nuance, etc.) and act as the intermediary until final resolution is found. Administrative * Manages parts inventory and territory to comply with established operating standards. JOB QUALIFICATIONS * Preferably with a BS/BA degree in Business/Computer Information Systems or Network Administration * Relevant networking certifications such as Microsoft (Windows Active Directory) a plus * 2-3+ year experience in technology related work, including roles in post-sales/implementation and customer-facing Technical Consultant * Experience with enterprise applications, security, systems management, and business continuity solutions a plus * Strong communication, customer facing and relationship building skills * Ability to collaborate with and motivate multiple groups toward accomplishing a task * Enthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personality * Proven track record of selling services as part of a solution * Ability to see and present "the big picture" and offer solutions to make it better * Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting * Strong listening and question based skills * Ability to uncover business challenges and develop a custom solution to solve those challenges * Ability to travel to different customer locations COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Salary is negotiable based upon experience * Medical with outstanding benefits package * 401(k) Plan with company matching and Profit Sharing * Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick/Personal * Ongoing training opportunities to encourage rapid advancement opportunities * Promote from within philosophy Please submit resume indicating what position you are applying for along with salary requirements.
