Technical Support Analyst
Job Description
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for implementation and providing technical advice, counsel and expertise in direct support of networked printing devices, production printing systems as well as associated software and professional services. The Technical Support Analyst supports customers with print controllers, print drivers, color management, and advanced Canon software features including installation and configuration, troubleshooting printing issues, and software escalations as well as assists Digital Field Service Technicians as a specialist. This position typically interfaces with a customer’s networking and/or IT personnel.
