    Position Overview

    The Plumbing Service Manager's primary role is to ensure efficient, high-quality plumbing services by leading and coaching the plumbing technicians. Reporting directly to the Operations Leader, this manager will conduct consistent 1:1s and L10s with team members, ensuring transparent communication and promptly addressing challenges. This position offers an ideal opportunity for a seasoned manager familiar with home services and who values open communication, training, and fostering a team-oriented culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and manage plumbing technicians to guarantee top-tier performance and service delivery.

    • Conduct regular 1:1 and L10 sessions with team members, fostering open communication and addressing any operational challenges.

    • Collaborate closely with other department managers and teams, such as Customer Service, Dispatch, and Accounting.

    • Utilize Service Titan software for efficient management, reporting, and service tracking.

    • Ensure team adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and best practices in plumbing services.

    • Handle and resolve customer concerns related to plumbing services.

    • Track, report, and analyze service metrics, ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

    • Work with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and train new plumbing technicians.

    • Address any team conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
