Because of our extensive growth, we are seeking an IT Specialist to work directly with the IT Manager and employee owners to perform IT Help Desk activities, increase efficiencies, and manage technology costs.

    Reporting Relationship:

    The IT Specialist will report directly to the IT Manager

    Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

    • Installs, supports, and maintains Windows servers, workstations, and laptops
    • Maintains records, inventory, log management and performs major upgrades, as necessary
    • Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs purchased or leased computer hardware and software
    • Maintains the messaging and communication systems
    • Maintains the print solutions
    • Supports end users daily via telephone or direct contact
    • Coordinates security measures for the domain, network, and end users
    • Supports applications as they relate to data transfers, security, integration, and APIs, etc. as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Ability to take direction, communication and supervision from others and upper levels of management
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Attention to detail and accuracy and exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
    • Experience working in the Microsoft 365 environment
    • Experience working in Active Directory

    Posting Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted
    • 1+ years' experience in troubleshooting operating systems and software, installing, and maintaining software, common PC hardware systems, and network administration
    • Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Experience with networking infrastructures including routers and switches is a plus
