    Who We Are:

We are 100% employee owned, so when you join TW Enterprises, you become an owner of one of the most highly skilled and customer-centric companies in the power industry. Our values guide our day-to-day decision making and reflect our core ideologies: Safety First, Create and Innovate, Serve Others, Strive for Excellence, Do What You Say, and Together We Are Better. As an employee and owner of TWE, you will represent these values. This translates into an experience that’s a “WOW” for our customers!

We take that same “WOW” commitment and apply it to our own people as well. We offer an exceptional employment experience starting with participation in our employee ownership program and including a comprehensive benefits package. We promote an opportunity for challenge and growth along with progressive tools and technology. If a dynamic and innovative environment supports your interests, we encourage you to take the next step in your career at TWE.

    Who You Are:

You are a true leader of leaders – skilled at developing other managers and inspiring them to lead their teams successfully. You are data-driven and work to meet customer and employee needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You are professional and approach others tactfully, honestly, and with respect.

    What We’ll Accomplish Together:

As the Generator Service Operations Manager, you will be the highest-level on-site leader at TWE Montana, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You’ll work with team leaders to ensure department goals and objectives are met. With the Chief Operating Officer and Finance, you will improve profitability of the Generator Service, Parts, and Shop departments by increasing efficiencies and strengthening quality and customer satisfaction.

    What It Takes To Succeed:

Effective coordination, implementation, and change management skills are essential, and a strong technical aptitude will be helpful. We’re ideally looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, plus 2-3 years of project management and people management experience. Experience in the Industrial Generator industry is a plus, though not required – leadership skills are more important.

    What’s In It For You:

At HM Cragg, we invest in your growth with training, tuition assistance, and development opportunities, including the potential for advancement within the company. As an employee-owner, you’ll receive shares of stock in our company each year that you meet eligibility requirements. You’ll enjoy additional benefits such as PTO and paid holidays, company-paid Life and Disability insurance, 401k match, and contributions to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

We’re excited to hear from everyone with the skills, experience, and passion to do a great job. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, military service and veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.

If you’re ready to put your leadership skills to work, we can’t wait to meet you!
