Their dedicated professionals clean and manage upwards of 15 million square feet of commercial, healthcare and retail spaces every day. They are the largest family-owned commercial cleaning and facility supplies company in the state.

    Position Overview

    Reporting to the COO the Distribution Division General Manager (“GM”) will lead a Division that provides the following to services to internal and external clients:

    • Commercial cleaning product sales, supply, and distribution
    • Commercial cleaning equipment sales, maintenance and repair
    • Management of facilities and the vehicle fleet

    Position Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day business operations for the following:
      • Commercial cleaning product sales and distribution
      • Commercial cleaning equipment sales, maintenance and repair
      • Warehouse and facilities management
      • Company vehicle fleet management
    • Research, identify and implement Division success strategies
    • Provide leadership at all levels of the Division
    • Communicate and embody the Company vision and values
    • Lead, manage, develop, and hold team members accountable.
    • Define and implement policies and performance standards
    • Assess Division performance and devise plans for improvement
    • Manage profit and loss
    • Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing, and personnel

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 10+ years of related experience in product sales, distribution, equipment sales, maintenance and service
    • Strong cross-functional leader
    • History of proven success in orchestrating growth in a customer-focused work environment
    • Drive strategic and tactical execution
    • Track record of building strong, mutually beneficial relationships
    • Team oriented and positive attitude
    • Skilled at gathering, assessing and sharing information, and will serve as a coach, mentor, and facilitator
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels both inside/outside the organization
