Objective
The primary role of the Marketing Leader is to amplify the presence of our client in the home service market, drive customer engagement, and enhance business profitability. Reporting to the company's President and as a member of the Leadership Team, the Marketing Leader will set the company’s marketing strategy and oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring the effective use of digital platforms and analytics tools as well as traditional channels such as OOH (Out Of Home) and TV and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns that elevate our client's brand presence and drive customer calls.
- Leverage Service Titan and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, track conversion rates, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other department leads to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and L10s with team members to ensure alignment, address challenges, and foster open communication.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, making strategic recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness.
- Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may hinder the effectiveness or efficiency of marketing campaigns.

Expectations and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the home service industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
