    JOB DESCRIPTION:     We are looking for a Sr Staffing Specialist – to join our team. The Sr Staffing Specialist can be based in either our Plymouth, MI or Torrance, CA location.

    If you are interested in our opportunity, our role involves: •Develop, implement and manage strategies that will prepare and promote a diverse organization and pipeline of talent for our businesses in the United States •Support University candidate attraction strategies and drive the talent mobility process; •Manage the full cycle recruitment process for positions and act as a single point of contact for multiple departments •Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best industry talent •Build strategic pipelines for niche roles •Partner with hiring Managers and human resources team to develop recruiting needs and sourcing strategies •Deliver reports, research and analysis and collaborate with management and human resource staff to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies; •Periodically partner with external recruitment agencies to ensure business needs are met; •Build and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; developing deep knowledge of key competitors; and report key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities within the industry. •Conduct trainings, coaching and mentoring in best practices and the use of recruitment tools; •Propose continuous improvement ideas within the Talent Acquisition COE organization and offer support for ongoing initiatives; •Offer support in organizing company's participation to various external hiring events and diversity initiatives.

    QUALIFICATIONS: •BS / BA degree •5 or more years of experience in a recruitment role in a matrixed organization •Experience in recruiting senior management roles as well as niche technical skillsets •Good understanding of general HR structures and workflows within a complex organization •Good project management abilities •Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment involving multiple stakeholders •Good ability of developing sourcing strategies within organization and negotiating stakeholders’ expectations according to market potential •Strong ability to source passive candidates by using creative means; •Availability to periodically travel as necessary for business needs (10% or less)
