As the first point of contact, you'll embody our spirit, making every visitor feel valued and every call matter. Your role is pivotal in setting the tone for excellence and warmth.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with a smile and ensure they feel welcome and valued.

Handle incoming calls with a cheerful attitude and direct them to the appropriate team members.

Lead management and assisting our sales manager

Assistant to office manager

Manage schedules, appointments, and maintain a tidy reception area.

Be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with joy.

Support various administrative tasks – your role is crucial in paving the way for our success!

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a sunny disposition is a must!

Excellent communication skills – we're talking top-notch phone etiquette and the ability to communicate with a smile.

Organizational guru – ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a cool, calm, and collected vibe.

A knack for making people feel at ease and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory. Your attitude and willingness to learn weigh more!
