Position: Project Foreman – Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations
Location: Virginia Beach , Va : applicants must reside on the southside of Hampton Roads

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Foreman to lead our renovation projects with expertise and dedication.
Job Description: The Project Foreman will be a dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bathroom and kitchen renovation projects from conception to completion. This on-site, in-the-field position requires a balance of leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills. Crew size 2-4
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all on-site aspects of our renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
Lead, coordinate, and schedule the activities of your crew
Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure project objectives and aesthetic standards are met.
Monitor work progress, identify any change orders, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Maintain constant communication with project managers and clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment.
Coordinate the procurement of materials and manage inventory to ensure the timely and efficient progress of the project.
Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Foreman or similar role, specifically in bathroom and kitchen renovations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Proficient in interpreting and executing plans and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
Physical ability to perform hands-on, field-based work. ( demo , plumbing , electrical, interior trim )
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
