Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our bathroom renovation services to potential clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Create and implement an effective sales strategy

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Complete job packets for project managers

Complete material selections with clients and place orders in time for delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in sales or in the bathroom renovation field.

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

Must live in the southside of Hampton Roads

Valid drivers license

Compensation : This position will start out as a base salary during training and move into full commission within a max 90 day period.
