Our restaurant is serving Breakfast, Lunch & Happy Hour and Dinner, serving seafood, LOTS OF SUSHI, raw bar, full liquor bar, elegant wine list and 32 beers on tap. Recently featured on Diners Drive Ins and Dives, Discovery Channel, Coastal Living Magazine, Nat Geo Food Traveler and much more!

Job summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service with creating a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in our Retail Store.

Duties and functions:

- Demonstrating excellent customer service,

- Helping customers` with their needs and questions,

- Managing the store area with restocking and organizing,

- Maintaining cleanliness,

- Maximizing productivity,

- Performing all POS functions,

- Performing accurate cash handling and reporting,

- Assisting with inventory,

- Assisting the Managers with additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

- Friendly, helpful, personality with excellent work ethic,

- Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices,

- Basic administration skills, numerical accuracy, and cash management,

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

- Ability to solve problems independently,

- Proven working experience in retail sales is a plus,

- Knowledge of Heartland POS system is a plus,

- High school degree,

- Ability to stand during the entire shift,

- Being able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally,

- Regular, dependable attendance.
