Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Our company is looking for someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and adaptable to the dynamics of working in a small-business setting. This position will be working as part of a four-person team overseeing the day-to-day order processing and working with our sales team. Primary duties consist of processing sales orders in Sage 100, supporting sales reps, coordinating shipments with vendors, assisting inventory control, and answering the office phone. Additional responsibilities include assisting the inventory manager with inventory-related tasks, assisting owners or staff with any administrative tasks, and supporting sales reps in any sales-related tasks.
