Customer Service Representative
We are a Third Party Administrator contracting with Taft Hartley Health and Welfare Plans. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for understanding, communicating, and performing relevant tasks to ensure employees are given the best possible service and support while utilizing their employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life, etc). The Customer Service Representative must provide excellent customer service to all member participants and support staff related to the delivery of employee benefits. * Acts as a receptionist as office helper to resolve and answer questions related to benefits. Main point of contact on the switchboard. This work requires a strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational skills are required.. The position requires the ability to work proficiently with all the - Microsoft Office products. This candidate must work independently. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
