    Job Description

    MISSION: Ensure the effective execution and control of the activities corresponding to logistics processes, provide support to cross-cutting areas, always seeking to fulfill the promise of service and seeking profitability.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Guarantee compliance with the territory's logistics profitability plan.
    • Ensure the proper functioning of the logistics operator in accordance with the contract and operating conditions previously agreed upon.
    • Strengthen the relationship with the logistics operator, seeking the continuous improvement of processes and the constant search for efficiency in time and costs.
    • Participate actively with the other territories, seeking elements of synergy and cooperation.
    • Propose and actively participate in process improvements under their responsibility

    RECEIPT AND LIQUIDATION OF CONTAINERS

    • Verify the correct entry of containers in SAP and Logistics Operators
    • Enter imports into the SAP-SIUX
    • Reception, validation and processing of Broker’s and Carrier’s invoices
    • Settle and file imports
    • Communicate news to the Supply Chain Analyst
    • In case of any novelty with PT on receipt, damaged boxes, wrong labels, PLT loading, etc.; must communicate to the Supply Chain Analyst who will determine the action plan to follow
    • Execution and monitoring of the plan in the previous point

    ORDER PROCESSING AND BILLING: (TX – LAREDO – CA – WALMART)

    • Carry out the billing process daily through the SAP ERP platform, making the necessary adjustments to each invoice so that the customer receives the order with negotiated prices and quantities.
    • Transmits or prepare the orders to the logistics operator for its internal process in the warehouse.
    • Transmit customer invoices to the different platforms.
    • Have permanent communication with the commercial team regarding follow-up or news related to the process.
    • Responsible for the correct use of price list and handling of exceptions in prices when this is required

    MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

    • Coordinate profitable deliveries with adequate service levels
    • Consecution of transport for the deliveries that require it
    • Support to drivers and commercial team
    • Constant monitoring of pending orders in the warehouse
    • Establish control procedures to minimize customer returns of products in good condition at the time of the delivery
    • Control and administration of the leased vehicles assigned to the territory

    INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

    • Responsible for coordinating and participating in the physical taking of cyclical and total inventories when this is scheduled in conjunction with the operator
    • Responsible for weekly inventory
    • Responsible for the optimal handling of inventory administration, rotation and an adequate logistics cost of the warehouse
    • Permanent review of expiration dates and low rotation products; taking into account the inventory goals
    • Meeting with the commercial and trade team to look for plans for the evacuation of PT with a maturity of 5 months and a low-rotation product of more than 180 days
    • Responsible for monitoring the agreements of the previous point, giving alerts in case of not fulfilling what was promised
    • Guarantee that the merchandise is in optimal conditions for customer service
    • Coordinate maquila processes, re-labeling, etc.
    • Participate in a demand forecast meeting for the assigned territory (APO/Forecast)

    BRIEFCASE

    • Responsible for all cases presented in the portfolio, Fines, Shorts, claims, etc. And management with whoever corresponds in the solution.
    • Preparation of action plans that allow minimizing the mentioned factors

    DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

    • Reception, review and authorization of invoices from transport providers
    • Invoice process in the CPOWER development for template transmission for payment
