  • Responsibilities

    The Branch Director will lead a branch of a Cordova team in a designated market consisting of Talent Partners, Client Partners, and an Operations team with the goal of developing and/or maintaining a customer base. This person should be entrepreneurial-minded with sales experience able to grow revenue and profit margins year-over-year effectively.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch.

    • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing and developing a team of 5 -15.

    • Participate in the corporate goal-setting process; provide input to Corporate Leadership regarding the branch and corporate’s short-and long-term training curriculum and initiatives.

    • Develop strategies and tactics required to direct sales and recruiting activities.

    • Assist sales team in creating customized solutions for clients in different industries utilizing Cordova’s suite of services.

    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with individual, branch, and company goals.

    • Participate in the corporate goal-setting process; provide input to Corporate Leadership regarding the branch and corporate’s short-and long-term business plans.

    • Work with corporate leadership to influence office operations, including but not limited to company events, social media, and back office operations.

    • Support branch by prospecting new clients and implementing new clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B and B2C sales.

    • 5+ years of Tech industry experience; Technology recruitment experience preferred.

    • 3+ years of experience managing staff members.

    • Ability to master technical and subject matter content quickly and autonomously.

    • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and attend after hours events.

    • Up to 10% travel required.
