IT Project Leader

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Lead who can take projects from start to finish managing scheduling, budgeting, and working deliverables, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to best practices. The right candidate will establish methodologies (waterfall) to plan, manage, and deliver technology solutions aligned with project scope. The IT Project Leader will facilitate meetings, translate complex requirements for all stakeholders, and manage relationships with end users, vendors, and project teams. This individual will keep everyone informed with regular progress reports, and ensure a smooth transition to support teams after project completion. Additionally, collaborate with IT management on prioritization, resource allocation, and knowledge transfer. The leadership extends to mentoring and supporting other project leads and teams, fostering a successful and efficient project environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proven project management skills and certifications (Scrum Master, PMP) a plus.

• Expertise in project management tools, communication, and requirement definition.

• Thrives in complex environments, prioritizes tasks, motivates teams, and enjoys a fun work atmosphere.

• Ability to work in-person, across time zones, and travel for domestic/international projects.

• Bachelor's degree (IT, Communications, etc.) preferred, or equivalent experience.
