Business Systems Analyst

We have a client that seeks a Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business users and developers. The right candidate will analyze business needs, design solutions, and document requirements. The Business Systems Analyst, working as part of a team, may also assist with testing, training, and coaching other BAs. Key skills include effective communication, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of best practices in business analysis.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Analyze and design business systems.

• Utilize needs assessment techniques to gather and define requirements.

• Translate user needs into technical language and vice versa.

• Identify and document process improvements

• Facilitate problem-solving sessions using logic and analysis.

• Conduct system testing and ensure quality service standards.

• Document existing and proposed business processes.
