IT Business Analyst (SAP)

We are looking for a strong IT Business/Process Analyst with SAP to assist with replacing existing ERP technology and establish new operating procedures. The IT Business/Process Analyst will document current state processes, gather future state requirements, create process flows and translate business needs as it relates to delivering new ERP systems for the company. This individual will specifically be part of the SAP project stream and expected to embed with the project’s Operating Committees as well as the Project Teams delivering the work, teetering the line between business and IT. This candidate will also help ensure a smooth delivery – including providing subject matter expertise to the local business teams and helping with training and change management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SAP ERP implementations, specifically in the SAP FICO modules (required). SAP FICO data migration experience (preferred).

• Proficiency in business/system analysis and/or quality assurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing, orally, and presentations.

• Aptitude to analyze, document, and solve complex business problems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
