Director of IT

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of IT who will be responsible for managing all of the manufacturing Information Technology Systems and department. The right candidate will interact with different levels of management and personnel within each department. The Director of IT will Maintain computer systems in a regulatory compliant status as well as research, recommend, and implement business process improvements using new technology. The right individual will oversee the internal IT team and coordinate activities with external Managed Service Providers. This Director will train employees on proper use of software, and keep track of all software licensing, subscription renewals and service contracts.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Operations

• Experience with MasterControl Quality Management System

• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online

• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and computer programming

• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), US-FDA Q7A, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements

• Experience managing people, including conflict resolution, team building and development

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and time management abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize information and present it to peers, customers and members of Senior Management

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or related field
