    Software Lead

     

    We're searching for a responsible and ethical Lead Software Development Engineer to champion our client’s Business Process Management (BPM) systems. The right candidate will be critical and creative to design clean, effective solutions, collaborating closely with end-users to ensure optimal outcomes. The Software Lead, with a passion for quality, continuous learning, and mentorship is key, will guide the team towards greater proficiency and responsiveness. This individual will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting customizations for BPM applications, leveraging SQL and BPM expertise. The Software lead will develop or assist with design specifications, perform unit testing, and validate test data and production jobs.

     

    Responsibilities And Duties



    • 6 years of programming experience using Structured Query Language, JavaScript, Java, or .NET languages.

    • 4 years of experience with business process management or business workflow management software like OpenText Case360, Pegasystems, Appian or similar systems with increasing design responsibility.

    • Preferred experience with distributed technology as well as knowledge of scanning hardware & features.

    • Knowledge of insurance operational & applications (Underwriting, Claims, Accident & Health, Life, Marketing, etc.).

    • BS in Computer Science or relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience.
