Middleware Engineer
We're seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician to join a growing team! This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the potential to transition into a full-time role. The right candidate will play a vital part in supporting daily IT operations, with a focus on desktop management, server administration, and user support. The Tech support level 1 will demonstrate proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while working on a variety of IT projects.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Provides comprehensive IT support and Manage desktops, builds/upgrades servers, and troubleshoots user issues.
Maintain IT security and oversee vulnerabilities, branch servers, and network health.
Resolve user inquiries submitted through a ticketing system
3-5 years of IT support experience required
Familiarity with Windows 10 (migration to 11 a plus) and experience with desktop/server administration is essential.
A willingness to learn and take on projects is valued.
