Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! The right candidate will use advanced tools (MS SQL, Power BI) to analyze complex data, create reports and dashboards, and uncover insights to drive business decisions. The Data Analyst has a keen eye for detail, a passion for data, and strong collaboration skills. This individual will clean and organize data, identify trends, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions as well as create clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical audiences. To stay ahead of the curve, this person will keep up with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges.

• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage projects independently, and strong communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and a proven track record of using data to improve business performance.

• Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, etc. & 4-5 years of data analysis experience.
