Job Description
Core BTS is seeking a dedicated IT Professional to fill a Systems Technician position.
This position is Full-Time, and will require reporting in-person for all work performed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides technical support to end users for computer hardware, telephone equipment, multi-functional printers and peripheral devices
- Serves as second level support to the Help Desk by taking support calls and guiding the User Support Technicians toward viable solutions.
- Provides onsite installation, configuration, and support of computer, and peripheral equipment
- Maintains operational order of computers, and peripheral equipment, and associated wiring
- Ensures excellent customer service and guaranteed response time by actively assigning and monitoring ticket system requests for service
- Acts as Help Desk Support when necessary
- Enters support tickets for users when needed
- Provides timely and customer-oriented assistance to end users and ensures that other members of the Technical team are as well
- Monitors/ maintains up-to-date IT Hardware Inventory
- Duties otherwise assigned by supervisor
