Sales Admin Coordinator
Job Summary: This job role will be responsible for admin functions for export and domestic shipment and delivery to customers. Create and issue invoices to customers and ensure payments are collected correctly.
Duties:
Oversee all transactions that comprise the month to end accounting close portion
Inform customers of estimated assays in each contract sales agreement
Ensure payments are made to ensure cash collection
Alert management if any delays arise
Ensure all customers follow concrete sales agreements
Minimize credit risk and expedite cash collections
Oversee compliance with increasing export requirements
Report issues to SAP commercial system
Qualifications:
-High school diploma is preferred
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales Administration, Finance, or Accounting
Experience with SAP ERP software preferred
