Title: Recruiting Consultant

Location: Katy, TX (West Energy Corridor – Houston)

Salary: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses + Benefits

The Role: The Recruiting Consultant will be responsible for recruitment of Technology professionals for companies across various industries in North America and around the world. You will have unlimited earning potential dependent upon your individual performance. This person must be a self-starter with drive to exceed goals and grow professionally.

The Person: Ideally, candidates will have 1-5 years of recruiting experience with with at least some technology industry knowledge but are willing to learn and grow. The recruiter should be a self-starter with the discipline to manage their own day and desk. Great communications skills are a must.
