    Job Description

    Why you're here: The Account Coordinator provides full support to the Strategic Account team in all areas, including but not limited to procurement, placement, compliance, timesheets and anything related to travel and registry nursing. The Account Coordinator plays an integral role by collaborating with internal and external parties for the efficient and effective delivery of services, thereby meeting company growth and expansion goals. This role provides collaborative support to the Strategic Accounts team through the performance of a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties. It requires effective communication, organizational readiness and the ability to build partnerships with clients, nurses and internal departments. Here's what you'll do: * Play a key role in the efficient and effective procurement and placement of Travel Nurses through a variety of tasks and responsibilities. * Responsible for resolving critical nurse timesheet issues, that can have a major impact on the company's bottom line. * Assist Strategic Account Managers cultivate valuable relationships with Company clients. * Develop deep and powerful relationships with key stakeholders at client facility, especially peers. * Effectively utilizes the Company's order management system in carrying out all duties. Follows all Avionte processes in a clean and efficient manner. * Develop a knowledge base for each client facility, understanding key processes and requirements spanning the full lifecycle of Travel Nursing. * Participates in every aspect of the full life-cycle of Travel Nursing from the opening of client orders through placement and completion and extension of assignments. Manages flow seamlessly, efficiently and effectively. * Works closely with Human Resource Compliance (HRC) to ensure all Travel Nurses are effectively processed by HRC within deadlines. Assists with maintaining compliance for Travel Nurses on assignment. * Owns and drives the full process of onboarding and orienting of all Travel Nurses. Stays current with changes in facility onboarding and orientation and ensures smooth orientation for all Travel Nurses. * Review candidate profiles for completeness and uses knowledge and critical thinking to strategically match appropriate candidates with job orders. Uses discretion to submit candidates to job orders that result in successful fills, completions and extensions/renewals. * Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to identify and execute daily priorities and support their client focused activities. * Defends, implements and enforces corporate standards for Recruiter nurse files. * Collaborates with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve best results. * Conduct field visits at least twice a month to our client facilities. * Attend weekly meetings with HRC, to ensure all compliance deadlines are met. * Assist with flipping (converting) Travel Nurses to working Registry. * Own full process for Travel Nurse Evaluations. * Responsible for generating and distributing standard reports to appropriate individuals internally. * Responsible for delivering all pre-boarding information to client facilities. * Enter Traveler Schedules into the Company's database. * Performs various administrative and clerical tasks pertaining to Travel Nursing.
